1. Orders & Pricing

All prices are displayed in Kenyan Shillings (KES). Prices are subject to change without notice. An order is only confirmed once M-Pesa payment has been received and verified through our automated M-Pesa STK Push system.

2. Payment

We accept payment exclusively through M-Pesa via automated STK Push. After clicking "Pay with M-Pesa", you will receive a prompt on your phone. Enter your M-Pesa PIN to complete the transaction. Do not share your PIN with anyone.

3. Stock Availability

All items are subject to availability. In the rare event that an item you ordered is out of stock after payment, we will contact you via WhatsApp to offer a full refund or an alternative item.

4. Returns & Refunds

5. Limitation of Liability

Deluxe Outfits shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
