Delivery & Pickup

Campus Pickup (Free)

We offer free pickup for all orders at our two primary locations:

• Maseno Market: Visit our main store to pick up your items. Show your M-Pesa transaction ID to the attendant.
• Siaya: Our Siaya branch is open for pickups from 9 AM to 6 PM daily.

Most orders are ready for pickup immediately after payment confirmation.

Campus Delivery

We provide localized delivery around the campus area. Delivery fees are calculated based on your exact hostel or residential location. Please contact us via WhatsApp after placing your order to arrange for direct delivery.

Nationwide Parcels

For customers outside Maseno and Siaya, we can send your order via standard parcel services (e.g., Fargo Courier, Wells Fargo, or matatu saccos). Parcel fees are borne by the customer and must be paid before dispatch.
