How do I pay?

We use automated M-Pesa STK Push. When you checkout, you'll receive a prompt on your phone — just enter your PIN. No manual Paybill entry needed.

What sizes do you carry?

We stock sizes XS through 3XL for most items. Check the product page for specific size availability. If you're unsure, WhatsApp us and we'll help you pick.

Can I pick up from the shop?

Yes! Free pickup is available at our Maseno Market and Siaya locations. Orders are usually ready within minutes of payment confirmation.

Do you deliver to campus hostels?

Yes, for a small delivery fee we can deliver to nearby campus hostels. WhatsApp us after placing your order to arrange this.

I paid but my order wasn't confirmed. What do I do?

Don't worry — if your M-Pesa was deducted but the order shows as failed, your payment will automatically be captured within a few minutes. If it's still not showing after 10 minutes, WhatsApp us with your M-Pesa confirmation message.

How do I return an item?

Check our Returns Policy — you have 7 days for unworn items. Contact us via WhatsApp to initiate a return.

Do you sell thrift (second-hand) items?

Yes! We carry a curated selection of quality thrifted items alongside brand-new stock. Items marked "Thrift" in the product description are pre-owned.

Are your prices negotiable?

Our online prices are fixed to keep things fair for everyone. For bulk orders (5+ items), WhatsApp us for a student discount.
