Returns Policy

1. 7-Day Return Window

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Deluxe Outfits. If you are not, you can return any unworn, unwashed item with tags still attached within 7 days of pickup/delivery.

2. Condition of Items

For a return to be accepted, items must be in their original condition. Thrifted items must be returned in the exact condition they were sold. Items showing signs of wear, makeup, or strong odors will not be accepted.

3. How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us via WhatsApp using the button on the bottom left of your screen. Provide your transaction ID (sent via M-Pesa/SMS) and the reason for return.

4. Refunds

Once your return is inspected and approved at our Maseno Market or Siaya locations, a refund will be processed directly to your M-Pesa number within 24 hours. Delivery or pickup fees are non-refundable.
